Bridge Meadows is an innovative community designed to bring together three generations to support families adopting children from foster care and an opportunity for elders to have a sense of community and purpose.
Located in Portland's Portsmouth neighborhood, Bridge Meadows will include homes, apartments, gardens and a courtyard for gathering. An Intergenerational Center will also act as the heart of the community hosting after-school activities and celebrations.
